VS-F.1 Kestrel

The Kestrel is a fifth generation multirole combat aircraft in service with the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force. It is the first production stealth aircraft used by the Royal Military.

It was designed as replacement for the ageing Osprey II VTOL interceptors serving aboard Royal Navy cruisers, with the Royal Air Force taking interest in the design and joining the program soon after seeing that it could complement their air superiority fighters.

The design called for a fighter capable of at least Mach 1.5, incorporating new stealth technology learned from previous prototyes, V/STOL capability, and to use new avionics and sensors.
Though it has a large delta wing and an all moving V-tail, the Kestrel is very agile due to its thrust vectoring nozzle. It uses the very powerful TF54-A turbofan engine which gives the Kestrel a maximum speed of Mach 2.3 at 14,000m, however pilots are instructed to fly below Mach 1.7 to not damage the stealth coating, with the maximum speed only advisble during emergencies. VTOL is achieved by vectoring the nozzles down, and with the forward turbine to divert most of its air in vents near the mid section of the plane.

The main armament is a 20mm rotary cannon, with four external hardpoints. The internal weapons bay can carry up to six missiles, with four being the maximum amount for a vertical takeoff, as the extra weight would need more thrust that could potentialy damage the flight decks of the ships.

INSTRUCTIONS
Ag.1=VTOL
Ag.2=Arm AAM-109E
Ag.3=Arm AAM-115C
Ag.4=Refueling Probe
Ag.8=Lights(Slime/Formation Lights are always open)
FireWeapons To Open weapon bays
-To get full effect, hold Fire Weapons, they open quickly but not enough to allow the missiles to drop(the missiles have disabled collisions, so if you just tap it, it'll work)
-VTOL landing, and landing in general is a bit finicky due to landing gear.

Use trim to counter any unwanted up or downforces.

Other than that, normal controls, yaw is questionable.

Some parts or components might seem rushed, and I apologize for that. This is my first(I think?) succesful attempt at a 5th gen fighter aircraft. Other than the features, its a pretty simple build. I hope you guys enjoy.

    U need to remaster, this the fuselage is quite smooth and probably can be improved with the current building techniques
