keep the roll at 15 degrees to keep it realistic, pitch 0 and yaw power 100. Turn of pitch and roll control by setting the control activation group to ag7. @BlitzBombers

Use dead weight fuselage. If you fill them with fuel and dead weight and put it below the CoM it should stabilize the boat @BlitzBombers

I am pretty okay with boats and stuff. If you look at my boats, you'll see that I dont have a truckload of buoyancy. Just use enough to have you float but not see the red of your ship. That's how its done. I was once like you man.
