I need these engines to rotate their props very slowly, almost like at windmill pace or modern atealth submarine pace. I also need their power boosted, hopefully to the point that 8 of the assemblies (or 16 engines total) could fly an aircraft of several hundred thousand pounds to speeds of 200-400 mph. Thank you!

You can't make props rotate slow and go fast using XML.What I suggest you do is go and download my 10 horse power engine put it on your plane then nudge a jet engine inside whatever you're making to make it look like the props are propelling it.
