I think this has the best suspension in the game, if you use it right. (READ INSTRUCTIONS!)
first put the VTOL slider up to 1.5 (almost 2) then you can drive it with WASD.
Try it out on the "Proving Grounds" on sky park city.
Keys: 1 and 2+ throttle for doors,
3, 4 and 5 for lights.
