Fictional Flying Testbed Challenge
I proudly introduce my new challenge: FLYING TESTBED CHALLENGE! Another test of skill, we just want to see what you can do when making a testbed aircraft to test a new engine.Make a flying testbed aircraft. It can be purpose built or modified from an existing aircraft. It needs to have a developmental engine attached to it in ways like this https://theaviationist.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/lg3.jpg or this https://external-preview.redd.it/iHtbKLdJ03xVEGnTxdrPORc9-BCoO53iofx83i9GdWA.jpg?auto=webp&s=eec62ddfb729351704b7ba83596269e4b0d82d4f or this https://www.raytheon.com/sites/default/files/2017-10/rtn_421405.jpg. Use any engine you like! It can be under the wing, separate from the wing, or on the nose. I do not recommend the nose placement for jet engine testing!
