De Havilland NV-18 Research Otter
The NV-18 is a highly modified UV-18 Twin Otter that is used to do civilian or military research operations. It can preform SIGNT(Signal Intelligence), Atmospheric Collection and Research, Weather Research, and Naval Research. It’s first civilian mission was in 1998 to study the remains of Hurricane Matthew, which was a Catastrophic Hurricane that impacted the Wright Islands. as of 2023, only 1 has been destroyed when a Kalingrad SAM Site accidentally targeted and shot it.
