OK. In 2202, the Inner Solar Coalition needed a multi-role strike VTOL to fight effectively in the lower and upper atmosphere. It was also possible to fly stably in the lower atmosphere of Mars and the upper atmosphere of Venus. Atlas wings.Inc offered its promising concept, and received approval and funding.
The first flight took place on February 29, 2204.
