HISTORY
It is a jet-engine powered jet dive bomber prototyped by the German company Henschel in the late stages of World War II.
One of the main characteristics of this single-seat dive bomber is that the pilot is seated in a prone position. This was to enable the pilot to withstand the heavy acceleration that would be applied when the plane was triggered from a high-speed dive.
Another feature was that the engine was mounted on the back of the fuselage, making it similar in shape to the He162 fighter.
The war ended before the aircraft was completed.
