DC-10 is a three-engine medium-and long-range wide-fuselage passenger aircraft developed by Douglas Company (later merged into McDonald's Douglas Company) in response to the needs of American Airlines. It is also used for military use and has been discontinued [ 1. The DC-10 carries fewer passengers than the B747 and has a similar range to the Boeing 747. It can fly routes across the United States and international routes across the ocean. The development plan began in 1967 after the merger of Douglas and McDonald.
