a carrier cruiser from D'maline (fiction france nation) also have good main gun (SK/C 17 MK II) build in year 1943 for counter allies ship also plane carrier not to much can he carry but that good for light cruiser (max capacity is 42-- dive bomber 15 - torp bomber 14 - fighter 13) very fast and manuver ability with op gun on it, very weak AAW and just have two sec cannon(SK/C 92), the ship just made two of the class (de Grasse and jules verne) de grase has better max capacity plane than jules verne but that make it don't have sec cannon(max capacity is 58 -- dive bomber 19 - torp bomber 19 - fighter 18)your ship good to go (good luck Commander)
