it's too big for my phone so I'm not able to do it, so what you do is you take a piston and attach a fuselage block to it. Turn up the buoyancy to the highest level you can get it, if you have XML make it even higher. Put that on your build and whenever you want to dive you extended the Pistons which will cause you to go underwater. Take all the other buoyancy out of your sub.
