The Lockheed P-38 Lightning is a World War II American fighter aircraft. Developed to a United States Army Air Corps requirement, the P-38 had distinctive twin booms and a single, central nacelle containing the cockpit and armament. Named "fork-tailed devil" (der Gabelschwanz-Teufel) by theLuftwaffe and "two planes, one pilot" (2????1????? Ni hikoki, ippairotto?) by the Japanese,[7] the P-38 was used in a number of roles, including interception, dive bombing, level bombing, ground-attack, night fighting, photo reconnaissance, radar and visual pathfinding for bombers, and evacuation missions,[8] and extensively as a long-range escort fighter when equipped with drop tanks under its wings. please enjoy and upvote

@jared3339 well maybe I we can still be friends after this. Please take my word for it that I didn't mean that your planes are trash. I really think tat your planes are quite good and some of them I have seen on the homepage they are all caliberated carefully and I know the time you put in these stuffs . I generally build fictional planes and can claim credits for all MIR aircrafts on this site. perhaps you are angry at me 'cause I did not up you cause I just had this account yesterday and I didn't know I can up somebody until my friend told me yesterday. my other planes are mostly scattered.

@jared3339 I didn't mean that IMHO I was only trying to help and a wing with fuselage stuck in it could really bring out the old thick wing aircraft's style and don't need to be that rude . I may not build as good as you but I do have the right to try to help you.

Fairly good replica. What about changing the propeller shape and a smoother wing?
