SMCA TA-16 Kala-C

Trainer model of the OA-16 Kala counter-insurgancy aircraft.

1. Removed FLIR and advanced communications suite.
2. Tandem cockpit fitted, with dual controls and radar simulation.
3. Solid state mission simulation pod fitted to portside wing.
4. Ability to carry training missiles and rockets on outer wing pylons.
5. Centre-line pylons removed.
6. Armour removed.

The Kala-C is designed as a basic to advanced trainer, with digital displays enabling it to realistically replicate a wide variety of aircraft. It is fitted with a mission pod which contains information on the aircraft to be simulated and the mission to be completed. It also carries extra fuel for the aircraft.

AG1 activates the gyroscope-assisted landing system.
AG2 activates the navigation lights.
AG3 dumps the external stores.
