Its simple, the United States of America needed a carrier cabable aircraft for 'backstage' operations to aid them in their various wars, originally 3 aircraft manufacturers were chosen those being, Boeing with their history of intriguing supersonic military aircraft, General Dynamics with their many useful and effective military aircraft and AviationaAerodynamics. The british manufacture had been seen improving various past designs and reviving many outdated aircraft. Boeing withdrew from the task with efforts to improve their passenger aircraft leaving only AA and General Dynamics, The latter manufacturer produced and good but expensive design amd shortly withdrew their design. AA went ahead with the JX-700 Naval attack fighter. Utilising 2 of AA's own JE-1000 engines and the latest of british avionics, new stronger gears and communications tech. A truly revolutionary design.
