Atrix I

8.7 years ago
Planetary Defence Aircraft designed to be launched from over-hauled catapults adapted from Aircraft Carriers of the Old World. When the assault fell over the Balkan, these first generation fighters were designed in 2 months and 3000 had been produced in 4. They were cheap, and could be easily repaired from their What the Atrix lacked in agility it made up for with machine guns. They held the defense for 8 months while better designs gradually replaced them on the front line. They can still be seen today on low-medium threat patrols. (This aircraft cannot take off from a runway, and probably can't land either)
