This is an adaptation of Delphinus's 1.7million lb R-5022-P2, I didn't think it weighed enough so it's now pumped upto 10million lbs in weigh, biplane wings and more modded engines then I can count. For a water take off it needs to get to 650mph, for runway take offs (I always used Murphys) retract the landing gear, throttle up, wait for about 30seconds until the engines are at full pelt, extend the landing gear and watch 10m lb of plane quickly accelerate. I'm now working on a 100million pound plane, but that is proving to be very tricky obviously

I had to take the guns off as my laptop was struggling with them.
I assume you used modded wings and fuselage parts as the wings don't buckle under the weight and even at 10million pounds it still floats
