• Thanks to MisterT who gave me advice on the cockpit and canopy construction
• Thanks to Deadly8Nightshade for setting the canopy pieces to no collision (I can’t do it myself because I’m on iOS) and a shout out to robloxweponco who did the same for me but was narrowly beaten to the upload by Deadly8Nightshade. Thanks to both guys for helping.
• Definitely my best spitfire model yet (and personally, I think, my best build yet). If people want to see the difference in my models through the months I’ve been on this site then the list is below :)
• 1st model
I also made an updated version and a Mk.IX apparently.
• 1.5th model Part of my Bomber Crew line so not really a full model...
• 2nd model and another Mk.IX.
• 3rd model and then in factory colours for a guy I used to know.
• 4th model - THIS ONE!
Turns out I’ve made quite a few models over the months...

All I can say is beautiful!
@AnOlympicWalnut Thanks very much! I think you’re correct with the rudder resembling a Yak-3 and the cockpit is a little thicc due to the wide main fuselage, the intake point is very interesting and I haven’t noticed it till now so maybe in a future version/update (yes more spitfires to add to the collection) I’ll fix it. Thanks very much for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated! Also I like your evaluation method, especially if I get an 8/10! :)
@Datom no problemo! Anything for the guy who helped get me to gold ;)
@Mrjace22 Ah, well I’ll see if I can adjust it a little and make a separate model for you, have you tried to change the size of the ailerons (the control surfaces on the wings) and the size of the angle on the elevator (the control surfaces for pitch) hinges?
For the record I’m just defining the terms for anyone who doesn’t know what they are :)
@BaconRoll Haha Thanks, it’s in keeping to my old “doctrine” of low part counts! And thanks for the spotlight!
Detailed AND mobile-friendly! Love it.
Absolutely love this aircraft, but there are a few design flaws:
On the BRIGHT side though...
Those are my basic pros and cons for you. Overall, I rate 8/10.
@Mrjace22 How come? When I fly it it doesn’t roll to the side when pitching like some of my early models, is that what is happening to you?
@TheDepressedPig Thanks!
@TheGuyYouMightKnow Thanks very much!... Do I know you? (Forgive the bad pun) *bad pun is bad
@ThePrototype Thanks very much, it was definitely one of the hardest things to do!
You nailed the wing shape
@M4A4Firefly Thanks very much dud!
@Tang0five Glad you like them I have a few more in the works and one that is very close to being uploaded ;)
@AdlerSteiner Btw how do you make a flying wing because I’ve never been able to successfully make one before?
No problem, love these builds! @Datom
@Tang0five Haha thanks for the spotlight and upvote good sir!
@RailfanEthan Thanks very much for the spotlight!
@AdlerSteiner Pilots have been scrambled sir!
@ThePilotDude @AdlerSteiner @Serotrillion1100 Thanks very much! The best way I found to make wings is to shape a flat piece into the top view of the wing and then copy it and tilt to get the desired thickness, it’s the way I’m making my new stuff :)
Whoa, what a magnificent specimen!
You nailed the wing btw. Good job!
Leave your tea and tally-ho!
Well it is a great aircraft, it deserves upvotes! @Datom
