Description

The VFA-98 is the successor to the VF-39M with enhanced survivability, mobility and firepower. It is capable of being a one man army if well equipped and in the right hands.

Story

Before the start of the 2nd Intruder War, VortX Industries has been working on the successor the VF-39 Wild Dog with a much more refined look. Since stealth is to costly for the program, the initial prototype was scrapped with a new one being built without canards. Thankfully, the design and size of the aircraft was slightly smaller than the VF-39 but kept most of the maneuverability. After many trials and weapons testing it was transferred over to the ace pilot Viper, part of the Global Enforcer Unit and now Phoenix Squadron of Asami Islands with the two countries being merged as one.
