If you add rotators with no rotation they will free spin letting it move around better. Leave one sideways not have the block it's connected to touch the block the rotator is connected to but the block in front of the free moving block. The do that but vertical

Looks amazing for a first build, a decent amount better than my first one (never uploaded it because i didn't know how at the time and it really was bad used landing gear as wheels as i didnt even know how to use the resizable wheel and car engine) and like Tyler said fuselage blocks are your friend as you they can be used to create a wide variety of shapes and can reduce the part count by a significant amount, they do take a bit of getting used to though, just experiment with them. I can also help you with some of your builds in the future but I might not as I am a bit lazy
