As a part of the X-911 program of 2058, many of the law and public safety initiatives were reformed, granting new tech to most of the services within the United States of America. Within the years to follow, a new police vehicle was being developed that could either be manned or unmanned. When it was first proposed, it was argued that the drones already being used could preform the job. However, with the recent civil insurrections within the mostly republican system, a vehicle being able to control massive amounts of crowds with the ability to have weapons ready in case of a real rebellion would be a great vehicle. The vehicle was named the Twin Tailed Dragon, just Dragon by most or Guardian, and it was released in 2062. It was praised for the weapons systems, 6 air-to-ground rockets, 2 air-to-air rockets, 1 long ranged Benelli shotgun with 40 rounds, 1 5.56mm automatic weapon with 350 rounds, 2 ports for shooting tear gas, flash bangs, smoke grenades, and other types of thrown weapons. Because of the high class weapons systems and the costs, it was only used in heavy situations by S.W.A.T. teams in mainly big cities. It performed okay, it was said to look better than fly better by most pilots. Only about 200 were ever made for police use, with about 1/8 destroyed in combat, it actually went on to be produced in many countries with less tech for military use. It had the ability to be either produced extremely cheaply or with lots of tech, a lot of space was available on the craft. The last serving model was decommissioned by Singapore in 2108 and the last model was destroyed in 2572 in a museum in Paris, France from the Russian Empire.
