Formula 1 2021 McLaren MCL35M Monaco Livery

McLaren brought the iconic blue and orange colours of Gulf Oil back to Formula 1 with a special one-off livery for the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix.
- The British team’s initial association with Gulf dates back to the days of team founder Bruce McLaren, with the two companies working together in F1 and Can-Am racing in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Speed Effected Suspension

- Self Toggling

• At high speeds, the rear suspension raises the wheels to lower the car to the ground, as seen in the 2021 season, most notably by the Mercedes car shown below:
  
  

DRS (Drag Reduction System)

- Toggle With AG2

• DRS is used in dedicated zones within F1, to allow any cars closely following another (within 1 second) to gain an aerodynamic advantage to provide closer racing and assist overtaking.

Rear Lights

- Toggle With AG1

• During low visibility conditions, such as during heavy rain or mist, the light on the back of an F1 car will be permanently on to act as a warning to other drivers.
