The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Würger German fighter aircraft designed by Kurt Tank in the late 1930s and used during World War II. Although less popular than the Bf-109, the Fw 190 was more feared by Allied pilots.

Together with the Bf-109, the Fw 190 became one of the backbones of the Jagdwaffe of the Luftwaffe. The BMW 801 radial engine it uses makes the Fw 190 capable of flying on day and night missions.

In addition, the Fw 190 is also capable of acting as a fighter-bomber and ground attack aircraft.

This aircraft had ruled the skies of Western Europe for 2 years before the arrival of the P-51 Mustang.

The Fw 190 was well-liked by its pilots, some of Germany's top airmen with the highest records scored many kills with this aircraft, such as Otto Kittel, Walter Nowotny, and Erich Rudorffer.
