How it works according to spefyjerbf's notes:

To use the weapon, press activator 2. Wait a few and seconds, then, press and hold your FireGuns button until the weapon fires. Note that the weapon is semi-auto.

AG3: Activate auto aim NA-4000 multipurpose turrets (the elevation is manual by using pitch same goes for the radicor)
