Just as HE1 with the turboprop in the nose rather than the tail, needs more elevator trim at all speeds due to the centre of mass being forward of it's position on the HE1, nothing I can really do to rectify this with the wings. Activation groups on this are the same as the HE1.
Top speeds at 16,000ft (overshot target altitude a bit):
All engines: 758mph
Jets only: 748mph
Turboprops only: 403mph
The tail will likely strike the runway at spawn, don't worry about it though.
