The Tu-160 bomber, item number 70, u?????? «70», NATO code name Blackjack, or Viking Flag, or Tupolev Tu-160, is a Soviet/Russian long-range strategic bomber with supersonic variants and swept-wings. The combat mode of Tu-160 bomber is mainly high-altitude subsonic cruise, low-altitude subsonic or high-altitude supersonic raid. At high altitude, Tu-160 bomber can launch long-range cruise missiles to attack outside the enemy air defense network. When serving as air defense suppression mission, it can fire short range missiles. The Tu-160 was developed by the Soviet Union's Tupolev Design Agency (now United Aerospace Corporation).
