Fairey Swordfish Remake
13.2k NordicTuna
8.2 years ago
Well, the Fairey Swordfish was one of the first planes I published. I haven't really touched it since then, so I decided to give the plane, one of my favorites actually, another go. Also, I have another project I'm working on. The only thing that I can say is that it's a grim bloody fable, with an unhappy ending!
EDIT: Woah, featured! Thanks guys!

@NordicTuna
oh yeah cool!
@ACEPILOT109 Thanks for checking it out! Like I mentioned before, this is a super old and rushed build. I built a new and updated version a couple of months ago that actually looks and flies like a proper Swordfish! I might get around to uploading it later.
this is awesome
@Iamcat Hey! This is one of my very old builds, it is extremely underpowered and the cables add a lot of weight. If you increase the prop RPM, maybe it might help you out. With that said, this was one of my most poorly designed builds. Maybe I'll make a new one.
@NordicTuna 2 seconds later your with the fishies
@boomstick Yeah, it really isn't the fastest. But it wasn't in real life too... Do what will create the best flying experience for you.
@NordicTuna I had to upgrade the engine to climb well
@boomstick Very true!
@ChiChiWerx Thank you! :D
Slow and steady wins the race @NordicTuna
Np! @NordicTuna
Very nice, Mr. Tuna!
Oh, just noticed that I forgot a landing gear brace on one side... I promise to do better next time.
@Pilotmario @Zerokiller3 Thank you!
Very Realistic
The old Stringbag that (helped sink) the Bismarck.
@Harharhoman No problem!
Thank you for this. The world needs more Swordfish.
@NordicTuna no problem!
Np!
@MrSilverWolf @CODENAMEBOB Thank you!
