This is an accurate replica of the famous La-9. Vtol up to retract main gears. The La-9 was designed by Soviet Union and was introduced in 1946 shortly after the war. The fighter is armed with four 23 mm Nudelman-Suranov NS-23 cannons and has a maximum speed of 690 km/h (428mph).
It was not only used by the Soviet Air Force but also the Chinese during the Korean War. Three of the Six remaining La-9's are on display in China while the only one that is still flyable is in Military Aviation Museum, Virginia Beach.
