poutine is made froom gravy sauce,french fry and cheese curds.
It's a food from quebec,but we're not really sure on how it was made for the first time
Tourtière
tourtière is made with beef from various animals,some potatoes and pastry in my region.the particular recipe come Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.we do not know how it was made for the first time,but we know the it was passed from generation of family and that we shared some to the englishmen and they adopted it
The food doesn't really look like it in real-life,but you can google eat if you want,they're really good!

Next time you go a sit down restaurant and get fries ask for a side order of country gravy (white gravy with sausage) and use that to dip the fries instead of ketchup. no soggy fries. (also no curd, 😵💫)
