SU-37 Terminator Thrust Vectoring
It's finally here! This is a vastly improved version of my older SU-37 Yellow fighter.
Features:
- Independent rear elevators with both pitch and roll control
- 3D thrust vectoring nozzles, moving for roll, pitch, and yaw
- Realistic airbrake
- Improved detail all around.
This plane is capable of any aerobatic maneuver you can think of, including Cobra maneuvers and their variants, if you have the skill to perform it.
To perform a Cobra:
Reduce speed under 350mph. Hold brake and briefly, but sharply pull up. Let the momentum carry the plane's pitch to about 90 degrees while releasing brake and increasing thrust to 30-50% for the TVC to take effect. If you did it right, you're now suspended in midair on your tail and can do anything you want :D I hope you all enjoy the hours of balance work that made this possible! ^^
note: vtol slider only exists because vtol nozzles are used for tvc. It does nothing.

That sounds sick good luck bro tag me @TheSarge
@SirLoafsAlot I'm in the final stages of making three Flankers from this design. Redesigned, detailed and upscaled to fit the rough proportions of the real flanker. Essentially a more realistic version of this build in terms of size, shape, and flight characteristics. Two of them feature an improved version of this plane's TVC providing enough control to perform a PSM without being too fast, sticking to the realistic nature. The three projects being: a Su-27, a Su-35, and a Su-37. All three are capable of performing a cobra (at high or low speeds) and at least one PSM including the Falling Leaf and Kulbit... all thanks to some XML and FT coding that I took from other super maneuverable projects.
Why is the thrust vectoring isn't work?
The thrust vector doesn’t work, I tried a cobra and only thing that yeets the nose up is airbrake and it doesn’t even control at 0mph hover
@KCferrari Yeah it's most likely a physics thing, my potato despises high physics with any part count
@Fellout Never tried this with anything other than high, so no idea
This thing flies like it's on ice with low physics, or am I just bad with it?
Very nice
The best
Do a flat spin with this i dare you
Edit: NVM i figured it out on how to do a flat spin just go slow af but not too slow and then just yaw to a side
I am now hovering vertically and doing cobras and post stall maneuvers like no-ones business
this took me a while to tame tame the beast but I became a pro at this within an hour. this was a nice challenge and an overall great airplane. thank you for taking your time to create this! :)
This plane can do POST STALL manuver like ACE COMBAT 7, very nice
THIS IS ALL STOCK!!!!????
I'm sorry but how does the thrust vectoring work? I tried taking this plane out for a spin and the level on the left side of the screen had absolutely zero effect on it.
I just noticed that I have upvoted this plane (I have favorited this plane since so long, still the best Flanker out there)
Wow great plane. I loved the gameplay of AC4
Ah, that was you who made this fine plane. I remember this well.
@IndianaBones ac4 is a classic to me, and i also loved 5 and zero
@Cipher I've been totally inactive. only thing I do is check my messages XD The planes everyone is making nowadays are way too ambitious for me to bother competing, I just don't have the time to make 2000 part artworks
prob because I was inactive for a while and when I came back I had a ton of notifications so I didn't see em all. but this is pretty nice! @KCferrari
@Cipher lol, took you a while to notice this version :P
Great design ! Thx for sharing
