Blohm und Voss P216.02, AG1 for flaps (automatically deployed on spawn), AG2 for activating rear gun. LandingGear for retracting wheels. A development of the P215, In January 1945 a requirement for a night fighter with crew of three was issued. B&V developed a twinjet variant of what had to date been a single-engined single-seater. The resulting P 215 design was heavily armed and would have been a formidable opponent. An order for three prototypes was awarded on 17 March 1945, the success of these prototypes led directly onto the P216.02 long range escort fighter designs which where put into production in December 1946.

@ThePrototype ooo I havnt heard a pulsejet since I was a kid.
Wait, I'm thinking of a pulsejet design that is similar
BV-214?
@Chancey21 @Spitfirelad05 thanks guys =)
@ASDFASDF1 to snowstone and back, landed with 16% fuel left.
@ASDFASDF1 in confused, I've just tested it and from wright to krakabloa I've used 20%, challenge is for something to fly wright to snowstone which this is easily capable of. Actually just got to snowstone and I'm on 60% so have enough fuel to get back... not short ranged at all
@ASDFASDF1 but it doesn't have low fuel... it has one big tank in the did and 2 smaller ones in the wing tips plus other bits of the have fuel in....
@Zippy6 lol, so I've used the fuselage on this build (and it was the bv 215 btw) and built new wings, tail, rear end, altered flap mechanism etc etc. Nothing wrong with that.
@ASDFASDF1 short range? It flies for miles.
Man you're trying to get as much mileage out of that BV 216 as possible huh?
@RamboJutter Every time you make a plane, you never cease to amaze me...:)
Cool
