Piper PA-28R Cherokee Arrow

105k Hedero  4.9 years ago

This airplane is like the Piper Cherokee but even better! For one I think the model is a bit better because it has a tapered window in the back of the windscreen. And two it has retracts. So overall this plane is a real success. 1=nav lights G=landingGear 2=landing lights VTOL=flaps. Enjoy!

You should make a Cessna 172. Or an Aeronca 7AC Champion.

Well then I'll see if I can make my planes fly more realistically next time. Maybe more people will like it!@jamesPLANESii

Yea the speed is unrealistic lol. I guess I forgot to fix it or something. And yea I see what you mean with the main gear suspension, its too soft. Also, I know that the whole horizontal stab should move but then it over controls the aircraft. Otherwise I would've. But thanks anyways for noting it. I generally don't pay attention to the realism or scale of the aircraft's flight performance because I want people to enjoy flying my aircraft. However, people might enjoy the flight experience more if it was realistic. What do you think? @jamesPLANESii

I agree with James, this plane has way too much power. Around 35% throttle gives realistic speed and acceleration.

Also Cherokees have all moving elevators.

Last time Cherokees went 240mph, the dinosaurs were still the dominant species of the world. Also your suspension is far too soft in the mains and there’s not enough damper.
    BUT
I’m glad you sorted the auto roll. Also it looks nice

I’ve flown an Aeronca 7AC Champion. That thing is a flying death trap. Twice it’s gave me anxiety. And yet I still fly it. Dear god help me.
