F-88 Super-saber
This plane is part of FranzPeterSiegfried's Cold War Alternative story
Rushed?
Well uhh...yeah.... Haven't been uploading for some time(school's fault). But ye, it's just a simple f-86 that has swing wings, definitely Just a simple plane.
"Uuhh what the heck"
John ace Castro seeing this thing
At the early years of the cold war, aircraft look just like the same(even in the late war). Well, In this timeline we see John, a 25 year old man who works for the USAF. Well, in the emergence of jet aircraft, prop planes are now considered obsolete, But many countries still use them for they're cheap, versatile and light.
John's story start as the USA and the USSR had a cold war. He immediately volunteered as a Fighter pilot on the US. So far, no conflict has happened, but the 2 countries gers themselves ready for an all-out nuclear war.
The aircraft itself is a simple modification of an F-86 sabre, in which they added folding wings for faster speeds, at the cost of manueverability.
Instructions:
Normal flight controls
VTOL for flaps
Trim for trim
Ag 1 to fold wings
Notes:
Use VTOL when wings are folded, this is due to the fact that this aircraft gets less manueverable when they are folded
Overly simple, and somewhat rushed build

@LockheedLover yes
A couple issues with the plane;
1. Straight wings reduce top speed significantly.
2. The Super Sabre was already a plane in the early 1950's(F-100)
@FranzPeterSiegfried mig imitator?
Seems legit
