PDI M5A3 Victoria, REMASTER
(1) activates turret. (2) activates TC position. (3) activates loader's position. (4) replicates turret elevation control to RCWS. (5) activates missile system. (6) discharges missiles. The M5A3 Victoria is a Paternian main battle tank, featuring a redesigned turret, improved suspension, and improved 120mm cannon. Compared to the earlier M5A1 (formerly M5A4) and M5A2 (formerly M5A5), the turret features improved armor geometry and Aberdeen V composite armor. In addition to this, there is a depleted uranium layer within. Hull armor is dependent on the base hull; A2 conversions will retain Aberdeen IV, while A3 conversions employ Aberdeen V. Aberdeen V is 20% more effective than Aberdeen IV against kinetic projectiles, and 50% more effective against HEAT. A subtle difference between the A2 and A3 hull is the addition of an escape hatch, per popular request. A fixed thermal sleeve has been fitted to the 120mm cannon, improving accuracy significanlty. The M5A3 Victoria is the latest upgrade to keep the Victoria tank up to date in light of newer designs.
