The K23 is a recon plane served in the Steve Empire Imperial Navy. It's job is to be hanged down from a battleship or a cruiser, then find out where the enemies are.
But this craft has some problems, it can't fly stably. :(
I recommend pulling the nose up right after a water take off. If it starts rising up or pointing down, use TRIM on the right to adjust.
ENEMY SPOTTED. What's coming for them next would probably be massive waves of DB2s, ToB3s, and maybe even DB15s.
