A-23 Malcom
(This aircraft is loosely based off a Su-25 Frogfoot attack jet) Munitions: 4x 2.75in rocket pods 2x 20mm autocannon gunpods 2x AIM-9L Sidewinders 1x M61A2 Vulcan The ‘Malcom’ also known as the Flying Snake, is an Australian prototype aircraft developed by Australian Heavy Vehicle Managing (AHVM) and will be put into service in late 2043. It is the A-10’s cousin, if you would say so. its main weapon is the M61A2 Vulcan, which can rip and tear if the pilot has the skills. The A-23 will also be used as an air supuriority craft, or an interceptor, as it can go well over the speed of sound. It has 4 pylons for any type of weapon that the pilot chooses. It is fitted with the most advanced technology as of 2021, and will recieve many updates and versions to the jet. The only problem with the jet is the internal fuel tanks, which the Pratt & Wittney BkZ97L afterburner turbine engines chug all of the fuel from the internal tanks, because of the aircrafts small size, which also means that external fuel tanks come in handy. The Malcom’s backstory begins in 2009, when a scrapped su-25 was played around with and made into a prototype, which was fixed and improved during 2009-2017, when the first prototype version was produced, the PA-23L Malcom. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMPLETELY FICTIONAL AIRCRAFT MADE FROM SCRATCH BY ME. THIS AIRCRAFT IS NOT USED IN GAMES.
