The challenge is simple enough: Build a cargo plane that can take off and land in a short distance.

RULES. All aircraft:
-MUST be mobile-compatible;
-Must have a minimum weight NO LESS THAN 40,000lbs.
-Aesthetics are ideal but not critical; Designs MUST BE UNIQUE;
-Mods specifically are not allowed, but XML alterations are allowed.

Owing to this being a simple (ish) challenge, the challenge closes on October 15 2017, at 2359HRS GMT.

REWARD.
All entries will receive an upvote;
1st place will receive 3 spotlights and 9 upvotes;
2nd will receive 2 spotlights and 6 upvotes;
3rd will receive a spotlight and 3 upvotes.
SCORING:

Aesthetics- 10 Point maximum. So don't make the aircraft look like a winged brick.

Originality- 20 Point maximum. Designs inspired by real designs are acceptable but direct replicas will score lower points.

Handling- 20 Point maximum. A STOL craft should be able to handle pretty well: I don't expect fighter-jet handling, but don't make it fly like the B.U.F.F.

STOL- 50 Points. With its combined capacity, the aircraft should be able to take off and land before the second thick double marking at Wright, which by my reckoning is about 3000ft. Start with 0 Points and for each runway line marking before there you liftoff/land you gain 5 Points to a max50 overall. Every marking OVER is a 5 Point deduction.

Minimum score on each section is 'Nil Point so don't worry about the Landing scoring.
