The Sobaka Himagsikan is a highly modified Lowtus LF-188/95 T designed to accomodate two people. The 1000HP engine built in this car is favored by the Philippine National Police, and they used those cars as rapid response vehicles. It features a rear wheel steering system, a canopy to protect the occupants and we kept the McPherson struts because it looks cool.
