Clockwork flying machine
As the officials disagree upon the wobbling of piston engines of traditional aircraft under their production, a lesser-preferred way of propulsion -- rotators-- was chosen for its strong torque. Efforts was made to make then so they would turn many, many rounds before stopping. But as it is NOT "infinite", changes was made to the propeller controls so the rotation of the propeller can be inverted while still providing the push required to power the craft-- by inverting the propeller pitch. This way they made a truly infinite flying machine, capable of staying in the air for a infinite amount of time. Until, of course, the carefully-made rotators broke.
VTOL for propeller pitch.
THROTTLE for the control of rotators.
Hey, it floats!
