It is the ultimate LEGO 42009 Mobile Crane MK II Chassis.
Unpack it from the bag with #1 on it.
ALEART!!! This is a 1500+ piece build and if you are armed with a 3+ year-old iPhone or Android, fell free to NOT download it.
Features 1:1 (1 block for 5mm) on the original Lego Build. Tiny details (and the engine) is missing but I think that is fine.
Part II will come later and is the "crane" part, and then Part III is the arm/boom/whatever. Will be put together (if my PHONE!! can handle.)
I LITERALLY build it looking at the Lego manual for putting it together.
Throttle for throttle, VTOL for the extension arms, that is all.

Have fun with the realistic suspension. Interestingly it can haldle the immense weight of the vehicle.

@CDRxavier GPU I'm guessing... That thing can't even run the game at medium settings without some lag.
Don't run on your three year old phone... Meanwhile my terrible laptop can't even handle it!
The wheels should be 7.5 units (SIMPLE PLANES!!!)
But I guess that will do for now.
