Heschia F/A-8V Kolibri

The Heschia F/A-8V Kolibri is a Trislandian made SVTOL aircraft, it has a similar engine layout to the AV-8 Harrier, but with the addition of afterburner on the rear nozzle, which made it capable of going supersonic at high altitude, it is however heavier than the Harrier, out of the two contender, the other being a delta winged aircraft with lift engines, the latter was chosen due to the reliability of the engines, this aircraft is also considered the more radical design out of the two, contributing to its failure

The F/A-8V Kolibri is a Snowstone made SVTOL aircraft, it is designed in conjunction with the Absolute Class Light Aircraft Carrier to act as its air wing, the aircraft is capable of taking off and landing vertically, or if that's not possible, an incredibly short takeoff run, making it highly versatile for operations on LHD's and CVL's, it also introduced SRAAM Air to Air Missile and Sniffer Anti Radiation Missile as part of its Wild Weasel and SEAD Capability, when used correctly, it becomes an unreplacable unit in the battlefield

Turns out making VTOL is surprisingly easy, what isn't easy is making it go supersonic, this aircraft is almost capable of taking off vertically with full load, but as with Harrier, it just can't, but put the nozzle at Half rotation (45 degrees) and boi it sure does takeoff on short distance, perfect for LHD and Emergency Airfield operations
