Decided to take a crack at building an amphibious plane, since there seems to be way too few of them on here. The controls are mostly docile, however, you do have to continuously adjust the trim due to the high thrust line. To take off on water, set VTOL (flaps) and trim full down and pull up at about 100 mph. Flaps aren't necessary in any other condition. Enjoy!
