VTOL up - Power to the Engines
Throttle - Collectiv Pitch (You can change that if you are not happy)
Trim up - Helps you to fly Foreward (crousing speed)
Trim and 1 - Ramp up / down
Note: Because of the high fuel consumption, it is recommended to set the engine throttle (VTOL) only to 30%
