Skylark Aerospace E-1A Comet
In 2021, G High Command had been struggling to keep up demands for aircraft by other alliances, like NATO and WACAW, and nations, like France and South Africa. They had to prove to the world that their aircraft could beat any other. They had demonstrated this with the Skylark Aerospace C-12D Vulture, but they had to fill the gaps. They had to use something that captured the attention like no other: Speed. So work began. High Command commissioned Skylark Aerospace to build something. They didn’t care what it was, but they did care about how fast it went. It had to top 10,000mph - and also look absolutely stunning. What Skylark would come up with would shock the world
Skylark Aerospace E-1A Comet:
Hypersonic, scramjet, afterburners, two-seater, delta-winged, experimental aircraft.
Controls:
AG1: EJECT
AG2: Scramjets - High speed engines designed to get you past 800mph. Do not use below 3,000ft
AG3: Main engine - use for taxi, takeoff, landing and subsonic speeds. Optional to use with scramjets.
AG4: Drogue chute
AG5: -
AG6: -
AG7: Canopy
AG8: Engines and main power.
Tips:
When going hypersonic, to exceed 2,000mph, put the aircraft in a 15 degree negative dive.
When ejecting, although not essential, try and get the aircraft as level as possible.
Scramjet afterburners crashed the game so I played with the actual engines exhaust settings. They may be a bit glitchy. Sorry about that.
Info:
This aircraft has been vigorously tested in all scenarios. Verdict of tests: don’t fly into a mountain at 12,000mph.
Thanks for playing and enjoy!
Please feel free to use my aircraft for whatever you want and also re-upload better, improved versions. If you are going to, then it would be really cool if you tag me. Thanks.
