It looks like the star war hover bikes that the stormtroopers used
@Hammy125 get a VTOL engine. Get four thrusters Center the thrusters around the center of mass (should be easy with this) make the Turning angle of the Thruster zero. (You can find some VTOL engines and thrusters in many of my "super" vehicles, save one into sub-assemblies.) Then you have to balance the thrust against the weight just enough thrust to keep you airborne.
Then you would add another jet of some sort in the back to push you forward.
Don't forget the gyroscope. Duh.
