The Airbus A320 series aircraft is a single channel twin engine medium and short range 150 seat class passenger aircraft developed and produced by Airbus Europe. It is the first commercial aircraft using digital fly by wire flight control system, and also the first airliner with relaxed static stability design.A320 series aircraft are designed to enhance cabin adaptability and comfort. The A320 series of aircraft includes A318, A319, A320, and A321, forming the single channel aircraft series. Intended to meet the needs of airlines for low-cost operation of short and medium haul routes, providing operators with the greatest commonality and economy among 100 to 220 seat class aircraft.Since its operation in April 1988, the A320 aircraft has quickly established industry standards for comfort and economy on medium and short haul routes. The success of the A320 series has also established Airbus's position in the airliner market, broken the monopoly of the U.S. aircraft market, and developed models that compete with Boeing 737 series and McDonnell Douglas MD-80 series.
