HRJMS Grand Prix

A Fast-Ironclad with an armament composed of all 7.9" guns mounted in 2 turrets and casemates.

Propulsion and Armaments

It's propulsion & relatively small size in comparison to foreign designs allows it to reach a top speed of 13 knots, thus its designation as a Fast-Ironclad.

Two 7.9" guns are mounted at each turret fore and aft with three mounted in casemates, both in the port and starboad.

Controls

• AG1 = Centerline 7.9" guns
• AG2 = Starboard 7.9" guns
• AG3 = Port 7.9" guns
• VTOL = traverse of casemate guns
• Camera "Turret" = traverse of centerline guns
• Trim = elevation of all guns

Notes

Unlike my previous builds where all the turret traverse and its elevation are entirely camera aim, the short-ranged nature of ironclads has lead me to use Trim as for elevation instead of camera aim... Although yes you can still snipe from far away if you'd like.

This is also my first time dwelling into the fiction-like world of the Ironclads, so I picked the simpliest designs for inspiration... The two iron beasts of Hampton Roads, USS Monitor and CSS Virginia.
