SH-5 is the first type of anti submarine bomber developed in China in 1970s. SH-5 is a kind of military seaplane that can carry out combat patrol task. As early as 1999, there were seven water SH-5 in the Navy. However, due to technical limitations, water SH-5 could not be put into mass production.

@TrislandianAlliance this is a 50-60s aircraft and surely need to be replace by now but the Chinese aviation industries has just started to be on the line in the recent decade so the design of the replacement for this is rather slow.
