Patrol Boat "Dry Oasis"
We've made cars, planes, and now its time to add a ship to our "land, air, and sea" medley.
When making this ship, i honestly didnt realize how small i was making it until after i began comparing it to other ships; its basically the size of a regular aircraft, and even the US Tiny's escort destroyers make this thing look puny. However, This tiny PT Boat Packs a big punch with two flak cannons, two multi-directional cannons, missiles, machine guns, and a drone, of course.
Controls:
Ship controls and self righting: Gear 8 + Yaw + Throttle/ Brake
it wont tip over if turned off, but it makes it easier to not tip it over.
Front turrets and weapons: Gear 1 + Vtol + Trim
Rear turrets and weapons: Gear 2 + Vtol + Trim
Cockpit turret: Gear 3 + Vtol + Trim
the cockpit turret can be used to lock onto targets using missiles. the missiles are more effective on faraway targets.
Drone: Gear 7 + Flight Controls
the drone will launch after 5 seconds, be sure to have the throttle open.
it was interesting building a ship in a game about aircraft; the physics and propulsion is a bit weird and it took some experimentation to allow it to properly set sail. for example, a gyroscope and two jet engines are needed to propel and steer the craft (the propellers are for show), and it controls like its on ice. its cool but hardly realistic.
