Story? On October 31st, a man named Paul Wedner was flying his Cessna 172 when he got bored and decided to land. He dismantled his Cessna, and then regret it. So he thought "Cant I just build a plane?" And so it was. He got to building right away and built this. He named it the T-200D, after the T-100. When he tested it, it flew like butter. Though landing was almost impossible in it and you had no flaps, he still loved it.
