The I-16 (TsKB-12) “Fighter Sixteenth” (popularly “Ishak”, “Ishachok”) is a Soviet single-engine monoplane fighter of the 1930s, created in the Experimental Design Bureau of the Russian Soviet aircraft designer Nikolai Polikarpov.
